At Seven Crown Bakery, all of our cakes and desserts are freshly baked to order and hand-delivered with care. Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.

We take great pride in ensuring every item leaves our kitchen in perfect condition and is delivered safely to you. Once an order has been delivered, it is considered final.

Please Note:

  • We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind, incorrect delivery information, or missed deliveries.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details (including delivery address, date, flavour, size, and custom messages) are correct at the time of ordering.

  • If you believe there has been a genuine error on our part, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery. While we cannot offer refunds, we’ll always do our best to resolve any issues fairly and quickly.
